• PLEASE READ CAREFULLY & AVOID PAYING TWICE OR ANY DELAY 
 
1- Revisions: Each Futuhere client has the opportunity to make two free revisions for each order placed, this involves digital menu design, video designs, logo designs, designs for information materials, and everything that involves graphic art made by Future, after exceeding the maximum of 2 revisions per order. We interpret revisions as the changes that the client wishes to make after Futuhere sends his first working sample (with the details and specifications sent by the client), all the changes requested by the client would be counted as the FIRST revision, after Futuhere sends the second example with the changes made if the client wants to make more changes this is counted as his SECOND revision and his last free one. The next revisions will have a cost of $50 to $400 us per revision, this will be a quote depending on the value of the work to the changes to be made.
 
 
2-Monthly Changes: Each client has certain amounts of changes per month depending on the plan purchased by the client, These will be free as long as they are within these parameters:
- Changes to your Digital menu must be less than 3 replacement drinks per screen (total of 6 drinks).
- Add seasonal drinks/drinks of the month.
- add promotion (must send art) to the videos screen.
- Price change.
- Change of names.


Non-free changes:
- Logo replacement for all your drinks.
- Redesign your entire menu.
- Create new videos.
- Add new sessions to your menu.
- Among others that involve big changes to the menu or creations of new arts.
These changes will be quoted separately and may have a value of $50 up to $400 us
 
3- Free Design: Futuhere offers the vast majority of totally free design for its subscribers, you are responsible for reviewing all written content of graphic arts, whether digital or printed, after being approved by the client Futuhere is not responsible for grammatical errors, colors, directions, coordination or anything related to lack of customer review after the customer approves the art Futuhere is NOT responsible, will NOT refund money and will NOT reprint for errors.
 
4-Copyright: You acknowledge that the Services and Futuhere Content are the proprietary intellectual property of Futuhere or its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly provided in these TOS, Future and its licensors exclusively own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services and Future Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. We grant you (and to the extent applicable, your employees or individual contractors acting for your exclusive benefit) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes and as permitted by these TOS.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other proprietary designations of Futuhere used herein are trademarks or registered trademarks of Futuhere. We do not share any of our artwork without our watermarks and we do not share the editable files with anyone.
 
5- Information, changes, and Approvals: All information must be sent by our email menu@futuhere.com we do not accept information by other means, all the arts must be approved before being processed by the client in our app or before being processed to print. We do not accept approvals by text, calls, or other ways other than futuhere email (menu@futuhere.com)
 
6-Delivery Time: We estimate a delivery time of 10 days after the client submits all the necessary information for Futuhere to create their digital menu.

After ordering his plan, the client will receive an email instantly to his email (it can reach the spam folder) this email contains all the information that Futuhere needs to create his menu, in case he does not find this email he can go to the link we will provide you to summit the information
 
7- Subscription: You acknowledge that you are paying for a subscription, it will start the same day that the client orders their plan and it will be automatically charged to the same card the same day the next month, this even if your menu is not ready, in case Whether due to Futuhere problems, we take responsibility and limit your charges. In case it is due to the negligence of the client, Futuhere will charge the subscriptions normally each period.
